REFUND POLICY

Refund Eligibility
Advance Payment Refund: If you have made an advance payment for our services and decide not to continue with the project, you are eligible for a refund of the advance amount paid.
Refund Request Timeline: To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within 2 months from the date of the initial payment.
Refund Process
Refund Request: To request a refund, please contact us via email at contact@maventechie.com with your payment details and the reason for your request.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the advance payment.
Exclusions
Refund requests made after 2 months from the payment date will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will only cover the advance amount paid and will not include any additional charges or fees.
